She then moved into business with The Body Shop and later the Co‑op, where she discovered my passion for food retail and its potential for real‑world impact. Rebecca then deepened her expertise at Twentyfifty, advising major brands on human rights due diligence and regulation. Now Human Rights Manager at M&S Food, she leads key categories and champions collaborative, worker‑centred improvement.
