Currently Global Head of Sustainability at international food and drink group Princes, Paul leads the company’s environmental and social sustainability approach across its supply chains. Paul is a Chartered Environmentalist, and Member of both the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and Institute for Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA). He is currently undertaking a Masters in Sustainability at the University of Cranfield having completed a postgraduate from the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Paul has a passion for leading sustained improvements in global value chains and motivating others to do the same.
The Food Network for Ethical Trade (FNET) connects major UK food retailers, manufacturers, suppliers and a range of small, medium and large food companies to build more ethical trade by identifying and tackling human rights issues in food supply chains.
