With over a decade’s experience within the food industry, Siobhan’s focus is on worker rights and collaborating with others to share best practice and further drive innovation and improvement. Her background is ethics and compliance within the food industry, both labour provision and meat production. She is now working as part of the Responsible Sourcing team at Bakkavor, focusing on human rights compliance within raw material supply chains. Siobhan is solution focused and is committed to a worker centric approach when remedying business issues.
