I am currently the Senior People and Culture Manager at Hilton Foods, covering across Hilton Foods UK and Ireland. I am a full HR generalist with over 12 years’ experience in multi-sectors including Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain and Logistics. I am responsible for setting and delivering the People strategy for Hilton Foods UK and Ireland and managing business risk and governance within the People function and working collaboratively cross functionally with teams to deliver the business strategy.
I have been involved in Group projects, business transformation and turnaround projects and I am super passionate about creating positive, inclusive, and high performing cultures that support Company vision and values, solving business through people.
I am CIPD qualified and hold various professional qualifications within Fashion and Textiles, Health and Safety and currently studying towards a Life Coaching and Corporate and Executive Business Coaching qualification. In 2022 I was shortlisted as a finalist for the Woman in Meat Industry awards within Manufacturing/Processing.
The Food Network for Ethical Trade (FNET) connects major UK food retailers, manufacturers, suppliers and a range of small, medium and large food companies to build more ethical trade by identifying and tackling human rights issues in food supply chains.
