Welcome Jess!!
We are happy to welcome Jessica Turner as our new Communications and Membership Manager. Jess will be supporting the Climate and Responsible Recruitment Working Groups, as well as leading on our communications and website.
Jess is a passionate communicator committed to justice and human rights. She has had the chance to work internationally, seeking roles that have challenged and inspired her. Most recently, she led Anti-Slavery International’s communications, where she worked on campaigns advocating for stronger labour rights and modern slavery prevention. In this role, Jess was able to learn about various forms of slavery, including descent-based slavery, trafficking, forced labour and state-imposed forced labour.
Outside work, Jess loves the outdoors and can often be found swimming in cold water, climbing or trying to avoid injury while running.
